Rosena's Creation, LLC is the destination for cakes and desserts with a new twist to homemade favorites. Baker and owner, Quentin D. Nelson aka CAKE DOC, makes every cake with the same love and care he learned in his grandmother's kitchen. The Cake Doc originals are where it all started; classic three-layer as well as sweet pound cakes.
Cake Doc expanded his brand after 5 years in business preparing specialty birthday, wedding, baby and bridal shower cakes and other special affairs clients desire to celebrate. As a fourth-generation baker, he now is passing the legacy of great cake baking on to his two daughters, Mya and Maci. They each have products with their names on them under their line, Cakin' with M-n-M.
The Cake Doc
The combined brand allows for the casual client to choose a personal sweet treat(mini cakes, cookies and brownies), confections for a family affair or even a specialty cake for a large event. Choose from several traditional or newly introduced flavors under each product line.
Based on availability, orders must be placed 7-10 days in advance for products you see listed on the site,14 days for specialty cakes and at least 30 days notice for wedding cakes depending on the season or be subject to a rush order fee.
Make sure to fill out the specialty order form on the site when requesting any specialty or wedding cake. A 50% deposit will be due upon ordering and remaining balance will be due 7 days before pickup or delivery.
